Flexible learning places learners in primary control as it is a set of educational philosophies and systems concerned with providing our learners with increased choice, convenience and personalization to suit their particular learning need. It expands choice on what, when, where and how people learn. For us flexibility means anticipating and responding to the ever changing needs and expectations of learners. As we know that different people learn better in different situations, whichever course you need to learn, you can choose to do so with one-to-one training, or in a group with your colleagues.
We work all week around. You can choose a timing that suits your schedule from our Weekly, Intensive and Remote sessions.

Learning by doing - mock sessions

We have been a part of service Industry for more than a decade. We understand the importance of Mock sessions. So basically it is a set up where you perform just the way you would in an interview. This is done to ensure that your confidence levels are not bogged down by the stress and pressure of finding a job. So mock interviews helps reduce stress and anxiety, helps boost your confidence and clarify responses to certain questions and helps work on areas those are prone to be weak. In a real interview it doesn’t always happen that you are given feedback on your performance or in the journey through the interview. To assess and find out more about your interviewing abilities it is always best to undergo a mock interview for yourself and make the coming interview a perfect opportunity to perform your best.

We circulate notes to our candidates by using online mediums. This makes it effortless for them to avail the information wherever they are. Formative & Summative Assessments

“Learning to learn” is a complex process that entails learners taking responsibility and playing their part within the learning process Independent Learning is a philosophy whereby a learner acquires knowledge by his or her own efforts. Instead of someone else explaining new concepts to the learner, the learner leverages the accrued information from his/her lifetime to grasp new concepts. This is important because it develops creativity and intellectual curiosity. Independent learning is about learners being active rather than passive. It is about them working out the concepts rather than being told them. It is about them wanting to study because they want to understand more, rather than taking a Utilitarian stance that I am doing this because I want to certify the course. It is a hard concept, but you will be forced to think about the learning concepts more critically than if someone had just taught it for you. Learning something by your own gives your mind much more connection to work with if you ever need to recall it. If you fail to remember something, recalling your discrete learning process can give your mind the extra nudge it needs.

Audio Visual Sessions

We lean towards the concept of learning through entertainment and therefore include audio and visual media to deliver the teaching concepts in a better and entertaining way.

Effective Q&A sessions

We are inhibiting Q&A sessions at the end of every session in order to eliminate any hidden confusions about the concept/language that the candidates have. It also brings transparency to the session and gives each participant a better clarity about the concept and it also improves their probing skills.

Learners receive individualized attention from their mentors based on their unique needs. We believe that not all are alike and do not learn information in the same way. Human creativity drives us forward as a species. It’s this unique ability to harness thoughts and ideas that has produced everything. Yet despite our incredible capacity for creativity and imagination, there’s very little we actually understand about the creative process. Where do we get our great ideas, those sparks of insight that drive us forward as a species? How do we harness our own minds to produce incredible works of art, clever inventions, and new creations? Why can we be focused on a problem for days, months, even years, only to have a solution appear suddenly one day as if from nowhere? While we might not truly understand the nature of creativity and the imagination (at least, not yet), we can still continue to apply ourselves in order to benefit from the rewards that come from focused concentration and those brief moments of inspiration that hit us like lightning bolts.

Learning is a continuous process and the true learner always searches for avenues to learn from anybody and everybody. Each and every human is born with a right to be educated irrespective of his or her age. Study is a thing which can be done with no age limit. So Learning has no limits.
